Media Day

Media Day is a fun, unique photoshoot focused on your seniors, celebrating their commitment to the sport and love of the game.  We'll spend time on each individual athlete, and take some fun group shots too.  We bring our 'mobile studio'  to capture flattering, professional images to be used for banners, posters, social media graphics, and any other artwork to fit your needs. 

Prior to Media Day


Session Fee

The Media Day Session Fee is due before your team's assigned time. Payment can be made via check, cash, Venmo or PayPal. Payment depends on number of athletes.

Basic Media Day - Includes Media Day Session.  Digitals and prints available for purchase from online gallery. Cost is $150 for up to 15 seniors/athletes. Additional athletes $15 each. 

All inclusive Media Day - All digitals included.  Prints available for purchase separately from online gallery. Cost is $350 for max 15 athletes, additional athletes $30 each. 


Roster

Prior to your team''s Media Day session, you will need to submit your roster and/or list of seniors. Please include jersey numbers when possible. If you did not upload this during the sign up process, please email a copy to karagarrityphotography@gmail.com.

Media Day


Athletes should arrive on time for their time slot so that we have enough time to photograph all players. We have multiple teams signed up for media day, so most likely there is a team coming in after you.


Each athlete will get a minimum of three poses, more if time allows. We will have standard poses ready for your session, but we also love it when our athletes come with their own ideas! Once the standard poses are done, we will do fun "hype" poses and any buddy or small group shots that the players want to do. We do not traditionally do team photos during Media Day, team photos should be scheduled separately.


All athletes should arrive to Media Day in full uniform. (We will take some head shots but most of the images will be full body). Be sure to bring:

  • Jersey
  • Pants/Shorts
  • Socks
  • Shoes/Cleats
  • Hat/Helmet
  • Baseball Bat/Glove/Hockey Stick/Lacrosse Stick/Field Hockey Stick/Golf Clubs/Poms
  • Sports Ball (more than one if possible)
  • If you use it for a game, bring it with you!


If you have cleats, please do not wear them into the gym, we will put them on just before your photos.

After Your Session

Your athletes' images will be delivered in a password protected online gallery within two weeks of your Media Day session. You will have the opportunity to purchase digitals and prints of these images, or upgrade to artwork (banners, posters and more).


If you are ordering individual and/or group banners, you will be contacted for payment on those separately.
